Latest sound driver for Realtek ?

So i'm using an ASRock 980de3/u3s3 MOBO and i'd like to know if somone could please tell me which are the latest sound driver for this MOBO ?

Currently my Realtek Manager says i'm using version 6.0.1.7560

I'm using 5.1 surround sound speakers but i'd like to know what are the latest audio drivers and where to download them because i want to see how the sound is with the latest ones.

Try install this driver: Realtek High Definition Audio (HDA) R2.8x (8924.1) WHQL

I don't even know if i should be using HDA for my MOBO.

Does anyone have any ideas for this MOBO : ASRock 980de3/u3s3 which i should download ? I noticed the 1st topic but i'm not really sure which is the latest version for the MOBO.

v6.0.1.7560 is the latest version listed for your ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 board, Mikey89.
your ASRock board is a Socket AM3+ board that is several years old - ASRock doesn't list any newer Realtek HDA drivers for it (that's how it is - ASRock lists new drivers for newer boards)

and yes you should be using legacy HDA drivers - do NOT attempt to use any UAD drivers on that old ASRock board
