missing windows 10 audio enhancements tab on a HP Pavilion - 15-cw1068

So this is strange before installing Realtek UAD drivers that come with my laptop i have full function of the change system sounds area , i have a enhancements tab , i have full functionality to change bit and sample rate. i will post some pictures up of this. and then after i install the default drivers i have a broken sound area i have no enhancements tab , and a locked out sample and bit depth area, i will post a before and after. What is going on and how do i fix this horrible audio situation.

In Device Manager, right click on the device, select Properties, Drivers tab, and roll back the driver you installed.

I would try manually installing the driver.

    Download the drivers from Realtek.

In Device Manager, right-click on the device and select Properties

Click on the Driver tab and select Update Driver

Click Browse my computer for driver software

Click Let me pick from an available list of drivers on my computer

Click Have Disk and then Browse to the path where you saved the Realtek drivers.

    From HP -

    HOW TO USE:
    1. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and
saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where
    the downloaded file is saved).

    2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
