Have you tried Option 2 from here > Install CAB file in Windows 10

    I hope this helps!

Okay, I'm also missing a Samsung Audio driver for my TV, I need it when I watch something using my PC.

    Hi,

You need HDA - FF00 drivers for your EVGA Z77 FTW, but you can use any other HDA drivers, like the latest HDA - FF03 drivers (FF03 = FF00 + Nahimic integration).

    - Download/Extract the Realtek Audio Drivers (HDA - FF03) v6.0.8967.1 WHQL from A-Volute/Nahimic : Link
    - Follow scrupulously these CLEANUP process then INSTALL process :

    CLEANUP

/!\ If you already had Realtek (HD) Audio Driver, Realtek Audio Control installed /!\
Uninstall them (Start > Settings > Apps) then restart your PC
    - Launch Driver Store Explorer > Check the boxes of all versions of drivers which .inf starts with (if you find them) :
    hdx | realtek
    - Check the box "Force Deletion" then click on the "Delete Package" button then restart your PC

    INSTALL

    - Launch "Setup.exe" > "Next" > The installer will ask you to restart your PC > "Finish"

There are some Realtek .inf in the Network Adapters, and USB controllers, shall I leave them well alone? Network adapters

You just have to follow scrupulously :

... Check the boxes of all versions of drivers which .inf starts with (if you find them) :
    hdx | realtek
Network, USB .inf not starts with hdx or realtek.

These are not Samsung drivers you need, when you are streaming audio/video from your PC to your TV, it is the audio drivers/device from your graphics card that are used, so you need to install/update your GPU drivers : https://www.amd.com/en/support/graph.../radeon-rx-580
