Ah ok missunderstood but got it now i just dont know what to do anymore one question do u saw my videos? and do u have the crackling issue with the system sound bar when u change the volume like in the video? or is it complete normal?
Regarding noise when you suddenly change the volume, yes it can be normal when the amplification is too high.

Regarding your more general issue, have you tried to switch your power plan to High performance ?

Sorry, I'm out of idea, try to open a ticket at your MSI support and/or Creative/SoundBlaster support in case they can reproduse your issue and can do something about it.

    1) The first one is caused by a quick change of frequency, no idea how you are doing that, so can't say more than that.

    2) The second one is caused by a quick change in level.

    3) The third one is a bearly audible effect, but moving the video scene around like that will mean the CPU doing more work thus less available resources for sound processing.

The first two are due to "ringing" of the waveform when changing frequency or levels quickly. Basically a bad amplifier design.
Digital sound "enhancements" or effects can accentuate this sort of thing.
A test for that is to make sure no such effects are used, see if there is a difference.

Nothing that you have done will affect these things. I would not expect them to either.

    Hi Helmut,

The Third Video i turned around so quickly to show u what the problem is even if i turn really slowly i have the same effect but ofc not so fast. and even in newer games like f1 2020 or Warzone.

In Warzone that happen, if i marked the Target, then the voice starts and then the crackling sound starts.
Or when a big explosion starts the beginning crackle and the end of the explosion.

If nothing works with all the suggested solution, perhaps you have a grounded system?

    Hi,

Aside from the software side that we discussed, you can check the hardware side (see if the CPU is not throttling due to heating or due to lack of power or bad OC, see if your PSU is good and that it brings enough power, etc ...).

Normally, if a PC has a grounding issue, it would react when you touch the PC case while, say, a music is playing. If there's static, it either will become better or worse.
