    Hello @Omidyne,

    Have you tried these?

    Change Default Audio Device . . .

    [1] Open Settings.
    [2] Goto System --> Sound.
    [3] Under Sound, click the [B]Choose your output device]/B] drop down menu [ right-hand side ].
    [4] Select the required output device from the drop down list.
    [5] You might need to restart the App [ like audio players ] for the change to be implemented.

    Enable or Disable Sound Output Device . . .

    [1] Open Settings.
    [2] Goto System --> Sound.
    [3] Under Output, click the [B]Choose your output device]/B] drop down menu [ right-hand side ].
    [4] Click on the Device properties link [ just below ].
    [5] Under Device properties, uncheck Disable [ if it is checked ].
    [6] You might need to restart the App [ like audio players ] for the change to be implemented.

    Set Audio Output Device For Apps Individually . . .

    [1] Open Settings.
    [2] Goto System --> Sound.
    [3] Under Sound --> Other sound options, click on the [B]App volume and device preferences]/B] link [ right-hand side ].
    [4] Select the desired audio output device for any of the Apps that play sounds from the drop down list.
    [5] You might need to restart the App [ like audio players ] for the change to be implemented.

    You can also change the sound level for system sounds. It also includes controls to mute Apps, change the master volume level, and select output and input devices etc.

    Here are some links that may be useful . . .

    @Paul Black
    @MoKiChU

    So I tried all of those things but none of them worked, so I eventually just reset my PC to the original Windows 10 (any other reset didn't work for some reason.
    Good new, the Audio is fixed!!
    Bad news, I can't seem to do any Windows updates, it keeps coming up with an error 0x80070570
    I then tried manually installing the updates by using the Update catalogue, but that fails to install too.

    For some apps I've been trying to run I need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, but when I run that installer, NOTHING happens. I've tried several different links and versions but nothing comes up, there isn't even an error. Would you know how to fix that?

    I'm currently on Windows 10 Build 19041
