Alright... here we go

Earlier today i was having some audio issues and after messing around with the settings for a while i thought it would be a good idea to just remove the device through the sound control panel and when i went to do that it asked me if i would like to go ahead and get rid of the drivers for the device as well and i did... upon restart i setup the device and decided to listen to some music but when i went to do so there was no sound. i spent a good few minutes trying to figure out what was wrong and eventually got it to work but due to the fact that my audio was messing up i decided to make sure my microphone was working to and the sound quality was pure garbage. and it was because the enhancements tab was removed from the properties tab of the device which was the only thing stopping a ridiculous amount of echo from being thrown at anyone listening. realtek hd audio manager was also gone and when i took a little peek in the device manager to try and see if something was wrong i found that the realtek audio device i used to have was missing from the sound, video and game controllers tab. and i have tried every single possible thing i could think of that would even remotely help. i tried to reinstall the realtek drivers which required the old drivers that no longer existed to be removed which the i guess it did on its own because it said that upon clicking next it would uninstall the old drivers and would reboot and upon reboot it would go ahead and automatically install the new ones, my PC rebooted, i logged in AND... nothing happened, the hd audio manager was still missing, the realtek audio device was still missing from the device manager, and there was still an ungodly amount of echo coming from my mic

i have a a320m-s2h gigabyte mother board, rx 580, r5 3600x, and im running on windows 10
