MSI - Speakers only work when headphones are plugged in.

In September of 2019 I bought a MSI P65 CREATOR RE. After a few months of using, I started to get some problems with the sound.
My speakers stops working but if I plug my headphones on the 3.5mm jack input, the sound starts working on speakers. As soon as I unplug the headphones, the speakers stop working. This has been an on-and-off issue for the last 6 months. I already manually installed the drivers (realtek), updated the drivers through device manager but nothing solves the issue. I contacted MSI and they said it has nothing to do with them and added that it's a driver issue.

When I go to the speakers properties, it says that it need a 3.5mm jack for the speakers to work. When its working properly, its also says "analogic jack". I don't know anything about laptops (I'm a journalism student) and I was hoping you guys could help me.

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Maria

I am not a great expert either but I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. I solved through Realtek audio console.
Open Realtek Audio Console, then "device advanced settings" and click on "make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously".

It solved my issue but if it's not working I would wait for someone more expert here :)

Thank you so much for your advice. I did a restore point and the sound is working fine now. For some reason my Realtek Audio Console just keeps loading and loading and loading
