Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation - High CPU Useage Tip

I've been wondering for a while why there is a CPU load c. 8% for the Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation process. I fixed this by turning off let PC respond to Hey Cortana which I rarely use - the CPU load then reduced to 0%

RAM usage also shrinks then too.. and you can still invoke Cortana with Win key + C - I actually find reminders helpful.

CPU usage: there's a poorly worded vague hint in the bottom line..
