Crackling Audio - Can't figure out issue

Hey guys I’m having an issue with my audio from my PC. There is crackling on and off that’s very subtle, but none the less very annoying. I’ve tried all sorts of things recommended online but can’t figure it out. It's specifically my computer, I tried 2 other devices that work fine. Windows 10

    Things I’ve tried:

Tried using my laptop and iphone, both are crisp and clear

    Unplugged USB wifi adapter

    Unplugged USB bluetooth adapter

    Spatial sound : off

    All audio enhancements : off

Sample / bit rate – I’ve tried all option but I’m using : 32 bit, 48,000 Hz (studio quality)

Audio input and output driver updated

Its plugged into the green audio input, I’ve also tried the front headphone input

    Everything is connected properly

Are you close to a wifi router? Or other electric devices?

This is a frequent complaint but there is no "one fix".
Download and run the Resplendence Latency Mon. It may help or point to the problem.

By the way the 32 bit 48Khz doesn't get you any better sound and from what I remember that is only for specific instances. 16 bit 44.1Khz is "CD Quality" and the standard. With the 32 bit the last 16 bits are truncated when played anyway. I have a recording studio and record 24 bit 44.1Khz but that is only because 24 bits allows a little more accuracy for effects. When the song is mixed down and mastered its at the "red book" standard 16 bit 44.1Khz wav file.
