No sound when I insert USB. Windows 10

There is no sound when I INSERT my USB. I can read everything on it and play any songs.
The ONLY problem is no sound when inserting my USB. I have tried different USB but all the same.
I have checked Device Mgr and they all say Device Working Properly. I am at a loss.
    Please help..

Do you get a pop-up asking how you want to use the Thumb drive? If not could be something has been changed in Settings.

In the right corner , right click on the speaker icon, highlight speaker setup choose advance setup,
choose sound tab and there you can add a sound for that.

I agree with Thomaseg but would like to add these points -

1 If your speaker icon does not help you get to the Sounds tab then you can get to it this way
    Start menu,
    Windows system,
    Control panel,
{in the upper right area} View by - Large/Small icons {just so you can see everything directly},
    Sound,
    Sounds tab.

2 Scroll down the Program events list to the entries Device connect & Device disconnect.

    - These are your USB connect & disconnect sounds.
    - While one or the other is selected in the list you can click on the Test button to hear what is set for that event.
    - If nothing is set or you just don't like what is set then you can select a different sound from the Sounds: dropdown list [that, in my example, has the default value Windows hardware insert.wav for the Device connect sound].
    - The default entry for Device disconnect is Windows hardware Remove.wav but you can change that one aswell if you want.
    - If these default entries do not make a noise when you press the Test button then there is a fault.
    - - Post back to report that.
    - - Confirm that you can hear other things on your computer.
    - - And, in File explorer, go to C:\Windows\Media to see which .wav files it contains. It is generally never altered [although it can be]. My unadulterated folder contains 84 .wav files.
