Hi, what happens when you do troubleshoot one of them?
Please see
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...sound-problems
for a useful checklist to run through. Please check each point.
Note and report any discrepancies you can't correct.
Do you have a suitable system restore point you could try using?
If you create a new user for test purposes, and log in as that user, do you have any sound?
Please carry on with the rest of my post. Lots of checks to do including services. Please be methodical.
And were the services running as expected? Was there any problem with default device settings?
What happens with the new user account?
Sorry I have no idea what you mean with respect to System Restore.
Do you perhaps mean that your oldest restore point is later than the point at which this problem started?
That's because those procedures are useless.
With that it would help to know what soundcard you're using/have? System specs would actually help.
Also what speakers are connected? Lastly, if you have headphones, if used, can you hear sound there? BTW oddly enough, sometimes restarting the PC can sort out sound issues. Been there done that.
Unfortunately that image tells me nothing of the PC's components actual components. Is this a custom built PC or store bought. If store bought can you link to the PC?
