Windows 10 has its own screen reader, but it's not called 'SCREENReader'. Do you have a 3rd-party screen reader installed?

The built-in W10 screen reader is called Narrator and you can turn it on or off in Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator.

    And see Ease of Access.

You seem to have many many problems- why not clean install Win 10, and set up routine and frequent disk imaging- then when you encounter something that's gone wrong, you can restore a previous disk image.

NVDA is a 3rd-party accessibility tool. This video may help introduce using NVDA.

If you want to turn off all accessibility options at start up then click 'change sign-in settings' on that 'Control panel > Ease of Access' page and untick everything.

That is how mine is set. I don't have any of the accessibility options at start up (or need them).

Your requirements may be different, so I can't say what would be best for you. But as a starting point that should give you no accessibility aids. You can then turn them on one by one as you see fit. The NVDA video I gave a link for earlier may also help you set things up to suit your needs.
