I have downloaded and installed Realtek's audio driver, but in Device Manager, Sound, video and game controllers, I have High Definition Audio Device, but in its properties it says that the Driver Provider is Microsoft !
    I'm confused.

I see on Dell support site that there are no windows 10 drivers available from them for your machine.

I must be doing something wrong. Device manager doesn't show the Realtek file.

Here are the equivalent pictures on my machine.

The generic, basic function, Windows installed High Definition Audio device drivers DOES NOT have Stereo Mix.

With some of the later Win 10 versions they have "depreciated" (deleted support) some older hardware. I would guess it was OK on an older version and with a later version it no longer supported whatever driver you had and Windows installed the HD Audio driver.

You don't appear to have a Realtek driver installed.

That's because as firebred said --- he doesn't have a realtek chipset on his computer.

    Is that disabled?

If not, Use Virtual Audio Cable or VoiceMeeter.
