No Audio Output Device Is Installed

Ok,so I changed like 3 versions of W10,I can't manage audio to work on my laptop,I get an X near clock and message No Audio Output device is installed.
But clearly I can see in the device manager that driver is installed,it's intel ssd audio device wdm

​How do I resolve this issue?Sound doesn't work.

there is so such device in device manager,just intel audio device not controller,and when I click properties look the driver version:

Just did with 604.10135.2664.11324
No luck.It's the same version that is installed.

Try going to,

'Settings'
'System'
'Sound'

See if there is more than one audio device for your Laptop.
More than likely here, its just set to the wrong device.
