My Realtek HD Audio Driver is Missing and I can't reinstall it.

    not even THAT works. If I try to insert the driver manually, I always get the same blue screen, with rtkvhd64.sys being the one that fails...

    Well, it's not there. The problem I'm facing isn't there. Should I just give up and go to my nearest Best Buy to get it fixed?
