Headphones popping sound when opening windows settings
Hi, so when I open Windows Settings, click on Network Icon on the taskbar, click on the volume button on the taskbar, while music is playing, theres random popping sounds for like 2 seconds, and it slowly fades away, its not by chance, the popping occurs every single time I do the above, it also happens randomly even when doing nothing but playing music (on youtube). I would ignore it if I could, but it give me a headache the second I hear the popping.
Im using HyperX Cloud Stinger with audio / mic adapter
Notes:
- Turning the speaker plug, and unplugging and plugging back in while music is playing, and even tried loosening the plug
- Changing volume via windows volume, and volume control on the headset
- Tried all audio Hz, popping happens at all audio frequencies:
16bit - 41,000Hz thru 16 - bit 192,000Hz and 24 bit - 41,000Hz thru 24 - bit 192,000Hz
- Happens on win10 1809 and 1903
- Latest Realtek drivers, even tried without drivers installed, still happened
- Only 1 headset is connected to the pc
- Doesnt happen on win7
- Theres no sudden CPU GPU spikes or lag in game during the popping
- Other than the popping, the headset works very well and high quality
Theres no other background processes messing with anything, since I only have 38 background processes in win10!

I just found out, my PCI - Wifi card is causing the problems, I disabled it and it doesnt pop anymore, but theres no sign of bad drivers or hardware conflicts, its a Qualcomm Atheros AR922X Wireless Network Adapter
