Hi, are you referring perhaps to the change in options available from the volume icon in 1903? (Sounds missing from context menu)

This was raised in a thread a little while back, but I can't find it right now.

Finding the Sound control from Settings
is relevant and may suggest a way forward- e.g. a shortcut.

I use a useful freeware program called Volume2- right click its tray icon, clicking Playback shows that CP dialogue.
Volume2 also provides scroll control and middle click mute of volume when hovering over the taskbar, amongst other things.
In 20H1 Microsoft has restored the "Sounds" option in the Speaker’s context menu on the Task bar, meanwhile (as other users have said) you can use third-party programs, I also use Volume².

Right clicking that sound icon, only shows these options in system tray ,
closest of which is the menu showed in the first image i shared.
Which forces me to press a button there, to get to settings i want .
oh well. Ill read the first reply closer.
