Bose headphones stopped working after October update

Bluetooth is not detecting my Bose QC 35 headphones after the october update, they were working fine the day before I updated. Bluetooth is still working fine, if I connect any other device, but it is not detecting the headphones. I have reinstalled all the bluetooth drivers but it is still not working.

    Hi, welcome to tenforums.

I'm not sure what 'the October update' is specifically for you. You can check your Update History to identify the specific update(s). That may or may not show you details of any bluetooth driver update you had (bottom of list), and you may not have a roll-back option in Device Manager as you've reinstalled the driver.

    I'd suggest two experiments:
    a. Uninstall the update you're referring to and see if there's any change.
    b. Try an older version of your bluetooth driver.

Note: you can review details of and known issues with any given update by reading the relevant thread per update per build in the News section.

I don't have the QC 35 headphones, but I've got the Bose NC 700 and Bluetooth is working fine under 1903. Anyway no need to rollback just un-pair and re-pair the device and hopefully that'll solve the problem. BTW I've got a few devices paired to my PC and none were interrupted when moving to 1903.
