Right click the exe, hit properties, Compatibility tab, and choose an OS - either Windows 7 or Windows XP. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't work. There are some hacked drivers (Daniel K?) floating around but I forgot the source. You might ask someone in this forum here - Creative Sound Blaster Z, Zx & ZxR Series Club
Good luck
The windows 1903 need a new driver from creative. But because this is old card , creative don't update it.
But exist a workaround.
1) download the offical Audigy RX driver from Creative website.
Creative Worldwide Support - Sound Blaster Audigy Rx
2)Extract it with Winrar or other tool.
3)Manually install the driver from the folder Audio -> DriversWin10 -> wdm -> browse wdm_emu.inf file.
If installed succesfully, then just restart the PC.
- Open Device Manager.
- Select the audigy 2.
- Right-click the device, and select Update Driver Software.
- In the Update Driver Software window, select Browse my computer for driver software.
- Click Browse and navigate to the folder that u extracted then folder Audio -> DriversWin10 -> wdm -> browse wdm_emu.inf file. Click OK when this folder is selected.
- Back in the Update Driver Software window, click Next. Windows will search for the driver and install it automatically. When done, click Finish.
Thank you. That makes sense. I'll give it a try later today.
And it will continue to work! Every time that they will release a new driver for audigy rx you can update also your card with the tip.

Sadly the sound isn't as good as I remember. It sounds slightly weird like there's a filter on it or something, tried messing with the EQ settings but doesn't seem to fix it. For some reason the on-board audio sounds better. I have this soundcard with Beyerdynamic DT 770 headphones.
Tempted to buy a newer creative soundcard, but more tempted to get something like a Fiio E10K amp connected to either this soundcard or my motherboards on-board sound to try and give the audio a little extra punch
