Audio is out of sync when playing videos

When I watch videos on YouTube, the audio gets out of sync. This is happening just from YouTube videos. I have tried pretty much everything that I know of to try to correct it. I cleared the cache. I ran the audio troubleshooter. Checked for any Windows Updates. Checked sound settings.Checked driver. (DM says I have the latest driver, but it is not.)
This problem seemed to have occured after an update. I can`t be sure if was after a Nvidia graphics update or Windows Update. Can a graphics driver cause sound problems? I use the Firefox browser all the time and I also tried playing YouTube videos on the Edge browser to see if it still happens. The sound lag - out of sync still happens.
I have the RealTek HD Audio driver version 6.0.1.8158

I have the same version of Win10 and a Realtek 6.0.1.7535 driver along with the AMD sound device, just checked the YouTube sight and some movie clips, didn't see the problem.

Well, I just reverted back to GeForce driver version 436.30 and it solved the audio sync problem. I decided to try this after Berton said he does`nt have the problem with his AMD driver and when I mentioned that I saw this happen after some update I had.
So, I`m going to mark this as solved.
