No..........that's not a downloader. Archive.org is just another website that happens to store music.
A downloader is an application of some type.
Blogs typically require passwords, but not a downloader.
Youtube would require a downloader if you actually wanted to download the file. Or instead, you could just play the song at youtube and record it on your PC as it played.
Most song titles at archive.org won't have spoken words at the beginning.
Most are just ordinary records. Enter "Frank Sinatra" for instance and practice downloading whatever comes up.
If you want to chop off part of the beginning or end, there are many applications to do that. Audacity is a common one widely used.
Enter "youtube downloader" as a search term in Google and you will get a jillion hits. Some work, some don't; some easy, some not; etc, etc, like most software.
