I want to display the volume control topMost so I can see the volume bar moving up and down . Is there a way or any app/download can do that?

A mouse with an assignable scroll wheel, or, a keyboard volume control will show the Windows Volume OSD...

Let us know how to do that or get any download. Best if I can show the volume bar of specified app as I have multiple sound apps running. eg. game and youtube.
    I am now checking
"How to customize the volume OSD on Windows 10". Thanks

It may depend upon any software available for the sound device. I have AMD Sound and Realtek Sound on the Notebook I'm using but none of their software [drivers only] so Windows shows only the horizontal volume bar above the Notification Area.

One trouble these apps have are that they will crash or fail if you do *not* have any audio device.
The apps mentioned above runs again after I connect the bluetooth speaker. My internal speaker have been disabled as I do not want to mess up for the time being.

Best if they can warn that "there is no audio device" found before crash...
