Sound Short-Cut missing from system tray speaker icon right click menu

    I just updated to 1903.
Seems the update removes "sound" from the right click menu on the speaker icon in the system tray.

Can someone tell me where this menu resits in the registry so I can add a
"New Key (Name it "Sound") and add a new "Command Key" to shell folder.
This should be the correct command line "explorer.exe %windir%\system32\mmsys.cpl" (Without the quotes)
If my thinking is correct on this, It should add sound to the menu...Thanks

Tough to say..., I think it's been discussed before without a resolve...,

I simply pinned the shortcut to Taskbar.

Hi Edwin, I have it pinned to Taskbar already.
But wanted to get it back where it used to be.
I was thinking of adding it to the right click on the mouse as a last resort. It should work as a mouse right click on the following address in the registry.
    Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell
    I think...

Actually the original is 'Sounds' - System sounds.

    explorer.exe %windir%\system32\mmsys.cpl
takes you to Sound: Sounds is a tab there.

Interestingly (?) this takes you Sound, not Sounds as it would seem it should..

Win key + S, sounds, takes you exactly to System sounds.

    As does searching for
    sounds
    with Open shell start menu
