Downloaded the program now it's refusing to open.
You should contact the Razer support.
Okay.

Using a driver updater software to see if that fixes the whole problem and see if The Razer Synapse Software works. - Synapse still dosen't work.
If that doesn't work I'll use a audio and mic splitter for my laptop. - Didn't work!
Will anything ever work?

Hi,
A few days ago I encountered a problem were when I plug in my earphones, nothing happens. I have tried using drivereasy to find and update outdated drivers, I've tried deleting the INT, restarting and a whole host of other things but the problem remains.
The earphones work on other devices, and I do not see how the earphone jack could have broken when it wasn't in use.
In the sound, playback tab the option to use earphones doesnt even come up, like they aren't even plugged in.
System Specs:
Windows 10 (version 1803)
Processor: AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) graphics 1.50GhZ
RAM: 6GB
Thanks for reading, if anyone has any advice to fix, it would be greatly appreciated.
First issue is Driver Easy. Avoid those driver programs. If you want any drivers go to the PC Vendor (HP according to your My Computer) and download from there. The driver programs (sites) many times will give you wrong or outdated drivers or tell you that drivers are needed when they are not.
Second did they ever work OK in this PC?
Does the PC (laptop) built in speakers work OK?
Open Device Manager and look for this device in Hidden or known devices. You can also see the events in Eventghost. EventGhost: Automation made simple. windows 10 - Where can I find logs on recent USB insertion in the Event Viewer? - Super User
You can also use USB log view. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_log_view.html
Usually I get a pop up when I plug my headset in asking me what device it is like a mic, earphones, headset etc
and now I plug in my headset and it still uses the speakers audio and I then have to restart my computer for the PC to detect and the pop-up still dosen't show up.
Is there any way I can enable the pop-up again? (I don't have Realtek HD Audio Manager)

If you have a dell Laptop you need to make sure that if you have Waves MaxxAudio Service ... that it's enabled in the start up tab in Task Manager (to get there) - right click on your Taskbar and select Task Manager and go to the start up tab and enable it if it's disabled or press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Task Manager and go to the start up tab...
Then restart your PC/Laptop and when you plug your headset in a pop up will appear and you need to choose the option relevant to you for me it was a Headset - don't get it mixed up with the Headphones option.
If you do not have Waves MaxxAudio Service and cannot find a solution to a problem like this I recommend contacting Windows Support or your PC/Laptops Manufacture or creating a new thread on the General Support Topic relevant to your situation.
- It looks like I've solved my own problem -
Barring a hardware problem, go to the Device Manager, Sound, video and game controllers section.
I don't know what sound "card" you have as there are many "G Series" with different hardware. But whatever you have such as Realtek, Conexant, etc., uninstall the sound "card" then restart the PC and when Windows starts it will detect and reinstall it (refresh it). Then check for headset audio.
Here is mine for example. The AMD is for HDMI audio and the Tranzport is a wireless controller for my recording studio.
