Audio Latency issues (crackles, pops, slow'd audio) only on internet +

Just got a pc built and have just started noticing that I am getting latency crackles and pops strictly when on the web. I am a music producer and NEVER experience this anymore in FL studio as my processor can handle a lot, but for some reason it always happens on internet streaming such as youtube soundcloud etc...The problem randomly dissapears sometimes. I have also just started getting a lot of random blue screens with a few different errors showing up. This pc is less than a month old so I have no idea what to do. I use a focusrite scarlett 2i2 2nd gen for audio and I have tried dowloading latest drivers from their site and it didnt solve the issue. I have a crash dump analysis but I'm not exactly sure how to read it and diagnose the problems. Would love any help on this. Thanks in advance.

    Hi folks

ensure PC is adequately earthed and you've wired it the correct way round to the mains. Check also that all cables, expansion cards, usb ports, sata conections etc are properly connected to the mobo.

Audio noise / interference is usually a sympton of incorrect wiring / hardware not connected securly / cables not being tightly connected.

I doubt if its a driver problem -- if drivers are the issue then chances are sound won't work at all -- most audio cards will work with the most basic generic audio driver (won't be the best but it's usually OK for diagnosing things like squeaks, crackles, hisses etc etc.

    Cheers
