Finally going to install Macrium, but it's asking me if I want to download Reflect Installer & PE Components or just the Reflect Installer only.
Read a little about Macrium, but got confused; so which should I choose?

The Reflect Installer is sufficient. Macrium can build two types of recovery media, the older PE media required the PE components to be downloaded. the newer RE media copies its recovery environment from your installed Windows. By default Macrium builds RE media, but if you ever wanted to use the old PE media you can download the PE components later, there's an option in your installed Macrium to do that.

dalchina & Bree: Thank you for all the help. Got Macrium Reflect installed & created my 1st full image yesterday, all went well & only took a little over 4 minutes from start to finish (including reading through some helpful tips).

If you haven’t already done so you might want to select the option to verify the image immediately after it’s created. Doesn't take that much time and it gives you some assurance that you have a good image every time.

You should also create the rescue media bootable USB and make sure you can boot from it. You shouldn't wait until you need it for real.

I did select the verify option & the image is good.
The USB rescue media is a good idea, I just may do that.
