Removing SRS Audio Control Panel / SRS Premium Sound

Windows 10 Pro v1903

I have suddenly found an entry in Control Panel and a taskbar icon both relating to "SRS Audio Control Panel".
I have no idea how the software got to be installed, and I already have SoundBlaster software.

There are a bunch of DLL files in C:\Windows\System32\SRSLABS\{176F4E15-8F7C-4833-ADED-81FAE8CCD186} dated four years ago, but I cannot find any other traces of it.

There is no entry in Programs and Features.
There is no obviously-named .CPL file, and AutoRuns doesn't seem to show anything related.
It seems to be very stealthy.

Searching for methods to uninstall this gives nothing of any use to me.
Can anyone offer suggestions about removal - and perhaps indicate how I might have got it?

This PC is, in fact, an HP Elite 8300 which I've had for nearly a year, and it came with v1803, I suspect.
I would have noticed the blue icon on the task bar quite some time ago, I think, if it had come with the build!

A scan through the registry has produced nothing of any consequence.
There's nothing on the SRSLabs.com website that I can find about uninstalling,
I'd really like to know how to uninstall all traces of SRS Audio Control Panel.

SRS add-ons/enhancements can come with various audio applications/drivers. Quite likely the Sound Blaster drivers, Realtek sound drivers, IDT HP sound drivers, DTS Sound, or Windows Media Player 12 which the About > Info says parts are by SRS Labs.
DTS acquired SRS Labs in 2012.

I would not use Revo on this, that may result in sabotage.

I strongly suspect that this SRS Labs package is part of an update for the Realtek audio chip in my PC, installed by the update from Windows 10 1809 to 1903 which I did yesterday evening.
The folder "C:\Windows.old\Windows\System32\SRSLabs" bears roughly the same date and time as the v1903 update, but is completely empty.

There is no evidence of any SRS Labs audio package to this HP model on the (UK) HP website.
I already have an 'audio control panel' which came with the SoundBlaster Audigy FX card when I installed the card just under a year ago, shortly after I had purchased the (second-hand) HP PC.

Open File Explorer and check this folder path:

C:\Program Files\SRS Labs\SRS Control Panel

look for SRSPanel_64.exe (if using Win10 x64/64bit) or SRSPanel.exe (if using Win10 x86/32bit).

Installing the SRS Audio Control panel app creates an SRS startup task entry in taskschd.msc (Task Scheduler Library) - delete that and it won't load on startup

I have this installed on my old HP Pavilion m8417c media center desktop PC even though this app does not officially support my model. on the other hand, I have a different SRS/DTS related app listed for my model on the HP driver downloads page years ago (aka. SRS Premium sound for HP speakers), which is supported.

@erpster4: yes, I read that old post too, but you'll have noticed that I gave the only path on my PC for the SRS Labs software in an earlier post.
I did
CD /D C:\
DIR SRS*.* /S
to find only C:\Windows\System32\SRSLabs and C:\Windows.old\Windows\System32\SRSLabs

There is no SRS Labs software either in C:\Program Files or in C:\Program Files (x86).

I haven't yet been able to find how the SRSLabs Audio Control Panel is invoked - it doesn't seem to be via a scheduled task nor from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
So I remain puzzled...
