Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [2]

Don't worry about that setting because your computer speakers have their own amplifier (that's why you need to plug the speakers into the electric socket).
Microsoft set the default speaker volume at 67 for a reason --- so that you don't clip the audio signal. Adjust the volume using the speakers' volume knob. Watch the mandalorian trailer on youtube and look at the signal meter --- it never clips even with loud explosions.
Thanks, can you clarify what you mean by the signal meter and clipping?
Looking at the stats for nerds in YouTube for the Mandalorian Trailer I get Normalized 100% / 100% (content loudness 0.1dB). With a music video I get Normalized 100% / 58% (content loudness 4.8dB).
By signal meter do you mean the Windows volume mixer with the green and grey bars? I raised the master volume to 73 from 67 because I felt it had a little bit more detail at 73. This also caps the browser volume at 73 since I am unable to have the browser at 100 and master at 73 (it is possible to have master at 100 and browser at 73), though I leave players like youtube at 100 inside the browser. This of course is in addition to the volume control on my speakers themselves.
Do you mean signal meter like on hi-fi stereo receivers with the needle moving from green to red? I don't have one of those.

MokiChU has posted UAD 9071.1 drivers.
They are a bit too bass heavy, making it sound a bit muffled to me.

thanks KB
major kudos to MokiChu for getting both UAD and HDA (non-UAD) versions of 9057
there hasn't been a new HDA FFxx driver since 9030 HDA from MUC which is no longer listed there
and speaking of 9057, here's the 6.0.9057.1 UAD MSI Nahimic driver for certain modern MSI laptops/motherboards that I saw from another forum.

well Cliff I did manage to download one of MokiChU's 9066.1 UAD drivers around the end of November before he updated them to 9071.1

I could update my 9030 HDA with the MokiChu 9057 HDA , tried in VM , went fine .
Did not made the final update , did not noticed much difference in sound .............any forum-member noticed any sound-improvement , should you update from 9030 to 9057 HDA ???

Still rocking on 8934 (the latest FF00 with all the tab options) for my old driver anyway.
