People who have enterprise Windows 10 LTSC without Microsoft Store also buy computers from computer manufacturers that supply them with APPX files along with their drivers.
You seem to get your drivers from pal1000. Neither pal1000 nor Mokichu supply the APPX files.

Why there are two different versions of Software Component?

Yeah I'm using Pal1000 drivers. The reason I don't install usual drivers is the shitty waves audio because it always takes over and effs up my audio.

Their actual names are listed in the device manager under software components.
Realtek Audio Effects 11.0.6000.757 = the actual equalizer meat
Realtek Audio Universal Service 1.0.0.242 = connects the driver to the app
Realtek Hardware Support Application 11.0.6000.214 = empty placeholder telling Microsoft Store to pull a specific version of the app (which in this case will be 1.9.214.0) --- the last 3 digits of the HSA always correspond the app version number

Thank you for the clarification. This helped a lot.

@sandyt I always install the new sound card driver over the old drivers. Do you think it would be a problem? So things like sound performance.

Remember that "windows update" is supposed to push drivers updates automatically to you in the future, so Microsoft designed the whole driver eco-system for in place updates. So I don't see any problem about installing new drivers over old drivers.
The only exception would be if you were using unofficial drivers and you decide to migrate back to the official driver eco-system, then it would a better idea to clean up the unofficial stuff.

First of all, thank you for your attention. I want to ask a few things..
So what I mean is; Will the remains of the old driver affect the quality of the sound? For example, I formatted and installed a clean Windows 10. I installed a new one over the old Realtek driver that was installed during the Windows 10 update. Should I uninstall the driver completely and install the new driver or wouldn't it be a problem to install over it? I do the new driver installs with Nahimic and its utilities with the .bat file and I think it changes the .inf files. Like set up with exe? Is there any difference with the exe installation?

You are over thinking it. Who wrote the .bat file? If it is Nahimic writing the .bat file, then no worries.
(1) you have always in the official OEM UAD world, then install over old driver.
(2) you now have access to OEM UAD drivers for your computer model, but you used unofficial drivers in the past, then DDU your computer to get rid of your unofficial drivers once and for all. Then you are successfully migrated to #1 catagory.
(3) you don't have access to OEM UAD drivers and must continue to rely on unofficial UAD drivers --- who knows?

[NEW] Nahimic 3: audio driver update | Community help & shares
I usually download and install from here. MoKiChU sharing links have been deleted. I downloaded it from someone who shared in the comments and installed it for the first time. The person named OgUrecheK89 posted it. I thought it was reliable and downloaded it and installed it. If you know up-to-date and reliable download links for MSI, can you share them?
