Your motherboard is too old to use UAD drivers (except when using generic versions which are no longer released or using generic modded (not legit) versions by pal1000, but modding is not my field, my field is only legit WHQL drivers).

You need HDA - FF00 drivers, but you can use any other HDA drivers, like the latest HDA - FF03 drivers (FF03 = FF00 + Nahimic integration).

    - Download/Extract the Realtek Audio Drivers (HDA - FF03) v6.0.8967.1 WHQL from A-Volute/Nahimic : Link
    - Follow scrupulously these CLEANUP process then INSTALL process :
Actually the UAD driver from the link you gave to xicao worked, only that my Realtek Audio console is not working. I've also used Alan finote's (I guess modded) UAD driver and was able to use the Realtek console but that package was too much for me. I only need the UAD and console to work since I'm using an external DAC/AMP. I'll try out the link you just posted and see what I can do from there. Thank you very much.

nah don't bother, carlcapone. you CAN use a UAD driver as your HWID is listed & supported by official Realtek UAD drivers.
I responded here in the other thread.

Hi ... I've been struggling for about 3 days to find the right driver for my board (ASUS TUF GAMING X570-PLUS) with Realtek ALC S1200A .... on the site at asus the latest version is 6.0.1.8666. I would like to install the latest version, for me everything is confusing when it comes to realtek audio. Which is the right driver for me? Thank you !!!

Tried reading some in this thread but confused what best to use for older motherboards with Windows 10 2004 (latest update).

I have an old Asus Z170 Pro gaming motherboard ( Z170 PRO GAMING | Motherboards | ASUS Global )

I previously used drivers with this names "8703_FF00_PG472_Win10_RS3_RS4_RS5_19H1_Win7_WHQL"
I use the Realtek Audio Manager as well.
Currently I have 6.0.8874.1 installed but need to reinstall and cannot find this version anymore(only have some older saved like above) , but maybe there is a better version for the latest windows 10 update ?

    Sorry for the noob question.
    Best regards

Set up a dual-boot to add Windows 10 2004 to go along with my daily driver of Windows 7. I haven't yet installed audio drivers into 2004 in part because I was watching to see if MS would install some for me. They did not. So, what I have is the MS headphone driver and it does not seem to be using realtek modules unless all the filenames changed. What surprises me about it is, it actually seems to have a pleasant tonality to it. Would anyone know how it differs from the Realtek drivers?

    @MoKiChU

    hi.
    Code:
    Audio device Hardware ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_1462EB51&REV_1003
    Realtek Audio CODEC : ALC892
The Audio device is controlled by Realtek Audio driver version 6.0.8924.1 (HDA) with No Integration (Generic)
    Proposed HDA driver : FF00
    INF needed for installation: hdxrt4.inf

My motherboard is Msi z390 gaming plus and i use win 10x64 1909.

At the moment i use the realtek HDA but i don't know if is the best option.

I really appreciated any type pf suggestion.

If you mean Realtek HD Audio manager it shows in Control panel only with HDA drivers. UAD drivers are controlled thru Store APP.
