Hello, I'm new in this forum, at least registered, i came here to many times to learn and try to many possibilities that we found here. OK, what i was looking for someone to help me is with the drivers of my sound card. I have a asrock b450m pro4 and I use the drivers that are available on the manufacturer site. Every time I try to use one of the drivers you all refer on all of these pages I get 50% working. None of them, (at least the ones that I've tried, and I have tried a lot of them) let me control the volume of the headphones on the front panel. Is there anyone with a board like mine that has it running well? Thanks for all of the support
Can anyone help me with this pls?

For my ASUS board, with 8945 from Mokichu, MStore says that level 216 is the latest. No update offered.
ASUS and hp have skinned versions of the app, so they don't get updated by the MSI driver.

Some/you may not agree with my ideas on this but here goes...

All the newer HDA, and all UAD drivers 1. Require Nahimic/Creative/other third party programs to replace disabled effects and features, and/or 2. Do not have the option for "Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously" which makes the front panel headphones and rear panel speaker outputs behave completely separately, and enables setting one or the other as default so the second one is silent without having to physically unplug the headphones to use the rear speakers (to my receiver).
The only proper solution I have found for both those 'problems' is to use an older driver! 6.0.1.8228 from Windows Update Catalog is rock solid and sounds as good as any. 6.0.1.8328 is also good.

Note: I did not see mention of Creative Sound blaster Cinema on your board, but my very similar (same Realtek ALC892) ASRock B450 Gaming K4 does 'support' it and if I do not set windows to not allow drivers with Windows Updates, it will fetch it and force it in...and I don't want anything with "Creative" in the name.

8928 & 8929 UAD versions on MUC available (of course, non-generic - do not expect Realtek to include generic hdxrt.inf & hdxrtsst.inf files in new UAD driver versions anymore)

    and 6.0.8924.1 HDA FF00 X64 on MUC - (146.7Mb cab download - 100% generic; includes hdxrt.inf & hdxsst.inf files)
    8924 HDA FF00 is WHQL for Win7 to Win10
