Question: On my MB manufacturer's website, the latest version that they are showing for the sound driver is 6.0.1.8619 from March 2019; however, Microsoft is showing 6.0.8761.1 as the latest version on their site from July 2019. My system uses a Realtek sound driver and I did find version 6.0.1.8619 on Microsoft's site, so I know that it's the right search, so why hasn't my MB manufacturer updated the driver on their end? I'm using a Tomahawk B350 MB. I ran the PS scripts to determine compatibility and whatnot. My results showed FF03 = FF00 with Nahimic Integration. If I do a manual update, will that affect the Nahimic Integration in any way?
UAD - ASUS ROG/PRIME/TUF motherboards with Intel 2xx/3xx/4xx series chipsets. : 6.0.8794.1 WHQL.
Which I do not recommend using UAD anymore until that Nahimic bug gets fixed
I'm waiting for the ROG HDA ones.
See this post: Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [2]
I'm not alone it's all over the web where they talk about the UAD drivers with Nahimic drivers, including in ROG forums also.
