only issue I've observed with the latest pal1000 release 6.0.8836.1-2 is in device manager it still says its 6.0.8824.1 but as its supposed to realtek audio console says 6.0.8836.1

That's correct because since Realtek updated some .inf files pal1000's mod breaks the WHQL certification. The driver installs as the last WHQL certified one 8824.1 and pal1000's mod overwrites the codecs with the latest ones. If the driver is working well don't worry about it. Once he manages to get copies of the new .inf files he will sort it out.
Yes, I have reviewed the support drivers, but they are from ... 2016, they don't update it. ( ROG G752VS (7th Gen Intel Core) Driver & Tools | Laptops | ASUS Global )
Agree: I'm a little surprised, I just installed the Unofficial-Realtek-UAD-generic-6.0.8836.1-2 and the Realtek Audio Console is automatically installed (I've been trying for some time), and the bass effect works fine. I am happy.

Tried several times to update from ; Realtek UAD 8824.1, to the latest ; Unofficial-Realtek-UAD-generic-6.0.8836.1-2 !
It does not work with the Device Manager (" already best driver installed ") , but when using the setup.cmd or/and forceupdater , I get ; " 'where' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Windows Device console - devcon.exe is required.
Press any key to continue . . " , so it does not work at all !
This happens since the , nasty changes , after 8824.1...........wonder if its worth all these troubles , is 8836 so much better then 8824 ??
Or should I uninstall Realtek completely and try setup.cmd again ( Unofficial-Realtek-UAD-generic-6.0.8836.1-2 )...........??
Can you guys point me to the right direction, please:
I have Asus ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING mainboard with integrated SupremeFX S1220A. Which FF-driver is the way to go? UAD or HDA?
My old mainboard has ALC892 = FF00 and I used HDA 8821.1 drivers, which were good with quality.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Asus's own drivers are just generic drivers + extra tools to boost bass and add equalisation and such. It says on Asus's support-site that drivers "Support Sonic Studio III Models", if that helps you.
Thanks in advance,
unfortunately that will not be possible because the generic hdxrt.inf, hdxrtsst.inf & hdx_genericext_rtk.inf files have been removed from WHQL certification since 8825 and these INF files are no longer being signed by MS (the hdxrt.cat & hdxrtext.cat signature files have stopped mentioning those 3 particular inf files from 8825 & beyond). Realtek really wants to make uad drivers HWID or OEM specific and the 8824 uad version is the last one to have those 3 INF files whql certified by MS
not really Destinyg133. I'm not using alanfox2000's uad drivers as I'm now using a specific 8835 uad gigabyte driver on my gigabyte system not found on his github site
here's the 8835 UAD Gigabyte driver I got from Realtek's secret ftp server (it's whql'ed by MS of course).
now using it on my Gigabyte board with HWID "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_1458A182&REV_1003" with Realtek audio console v1.7.199.0 and running Win10 Education v1809 (I'm not updating to either 1903 nor 1909 on that computer)
