No, that is HDA drivers, u need this one: [DRIVERS] REALTEK AUDIO (MB | INTEL 2XX/3XX/4XX & AMD 3XX/4XX/5XX)

Thanks guys for fast respone ! I installed the driver your mentioned but can't install the Realtek App, I get a error code 0x803FB005. Anyone an idea what can cause this ?

Edit: Installed the Realtek Audio Drivers (UAD - ASUS ROG SS3-DTS MB) : Drivers : 6.0.8984.1 WHQL [07/07/2020]
and it seems to work now, Realtek App is installed too.

You just open it let it find your drivers, and you can:
1. Select Old Drivers - selects older driver versions
the you can delete/uninstall them.

2. Manually select(if driver has an uninstaller use that first, then this option) and delete them, or force delete(better in safe mode then).
Then reboot the system, and reinstall/clean install the drivers.
Note: Manual deletion is only if you have really bad problems when updating or there is some kind of possible corruption.

Which is this program that shows the installed drivers like these? I swear i've used it before but can't find it anymore.

Also which UAD driver is the latest to use on a Gigabyte X570 Aorus master? Gigabyte's website only has 6.0.8945.1 as latest

And also, do I need any other software like Sonic Radar / Nahimic?

Yes, that is the latest driver for now for your motherboard. You don't need Sonic studio.
