@MoKiChU, billions of thanks for these drivers!!!!

I had a problem with my X470 Taichi and I couldn't separate front and back audio inputs to have 2 different output devices. Everyone kept saying it's a usual problem with ALC1220.

I had tried the multiple generic HDA drivers here, generic UAD drivers, official ASRock HDA or UAD drivers... They were all the same. I was using the default Microsoft audio driver to be able to separate inputs.

But I have just installed "AUDIO_Realtek_UAD_ASRock_v6.0.8940.1" and saw that I can now separate the inputs. Thanks a billion!

Friends, I need help, if possible. I had noticed this before. but I thought it was cables or even my box system with a problem. Unfortunately not. The problem is that my audio is now unbalanced and the left speaker sounds much louder than the right. It also appears that most of the bass level also comes from the left channel. If I connect the front input, the sound will be balanced. But if I use the rear exit, this imbalance happens. I have already tested all possible units of the newest and oldest. I researched this for hours without finding a working solution for me. Worse than in research, I found many people reporting this.

First thanks for the help and attention. I installed the latest GIGABYTE RTK units as your description. Honestly, there was an absurd improvement. In addition, I feel that my left side contains more low frequency than the right. I'm starting to think it's something from realtek. The connection of the headphones to the front panel of the case does not show this difference very significantly.

But both, front and back sound comes from same source. if nothing else, front connectors use longer analog audio cable and are more prone to distortion.

Got it + or-. I will exchange my cables for a better quality (these cables are very vagabonds) And also perform a test in another environment. Perhaps the acoustics in my room may be causing this change in the tone of the boxes. At least the balance sheet problem has been solved, which was actually the worst thing. I thank you all for your heartfelt help. And sorry my english (google translator)

Does anyone have older MSI drivers still? I have MSI Z390 Meg Ace, and i'm getting a BSOD with the latest available from MSI for my board (6.0.8945.1), and the same BSOD with 8960 available here.

I did a full reset of windows and get the same stopcode "system thread exception not handled" from "rtkvhd64.sys".

I've tried multiple times, windows reset, removing the old drivers and rebooting, etc. Same BSOD.

    Hi,

Which Windows 10 version/build are you using ?

Which version of drivers did you install/use stably before trying to update (via the drivers package on the support page of your motherboard and then via the drivers package that I offer) ?
    Hi,

I was using one published by MSI for this motherboard, via their live update / website. I cannot remember which, specifically, but it was some months ago.

I am on win10 1909. 2004 will not install for me even if I try to force it. It backs out automatically each time, for some reason.

*edit* I have minidumps from crashes if useful for anyone

Try the latest 1903/19H1 certified drivers build (6.0.8904.1 WHQL for MSI NH3) : Link

Follow scrupulously your INSTALL process with cleanup step.

Note : Drivers build certified for 2004/VB started with 6.0.8907.1 WHQL.
This worked perfectly. The default windows drivers were randomly really quiet, either on output, or mic input (but never both?). It was weird.

Now i don't have that issue, i can see all of the rear outputs, and have no crashes.

Thank you so much. I spent like 15 hours on this last two days.
