Ok, it's like a "trick", thanks. When you say "Seems to work now; Chrome or Edge.", you mean with Canary version of both browsers Chrome and Edge?
Yes, Chrome Canary and Edge Canary. A week or so ago it was glitchy on both but, now it seems fine for both browsers and OSD capable apps as well.

    I should partially correct myself...

I'm supposed to have full OSD engagement capabilities with Google Play Desktop Player on the Lock Screen but, if I pause one device, the device switcher button goes away!

Here is the OSD hosting Edge Canary, Chrome Canary and Google Play Music Desktop Player:

I just wish it would show on the OSD which device is engaged in the foreground!

That's good, thanks for showing. One thing if you know, why when i select only with double click a word in editing mode (not when I select it by sweeping it), can't change the characters, but i can only delete it when i select it with dubble click.

To disable it in Chrome, (and most Chrome variants), disable Media Session Service in about:flags ...

Enable or Disable chrome.exe Volume Control and Media Key Handling

    Thanks buddy!
This was also annoying the hell out of me!!

Why can't the Windows developers just make an option in the volume setting to have this on or off!

    Thanks again man!
