Download latest Realtek audio driver
After days of trying I finally managed to solve it: I downloaded and installed the latest Realtek Driver from -> PC Audio Codecs > High Definition Audio Codecs Software - REALTEK. This driver + changing the registry did the trick.
I didnt have the Realtek Audio Driver installed in my computer, so I guess the internal speaker was just out of control of any audio driver, that's why even if you deactivate it via the regedit it still beeps. Once the driver is able to control the hardware it gets controlled.
Hope it i useful.
