My right speaker is blown out and the left speaker is the only one playing audio. This is fine, but when I listen to music or watch a video with split audio, it gets annoying to only hear one side of it. How do I make my left speaker play both sides? (Eliminate the split audio altogether?)
If your audio drivers have any sort of setting to move the balance all the way to left, use that. If not, then the answer may depend upon the type of connection that you have from your computer to the speakers. If you are using something like a 3.5mm audio cable or RCA connectors, you may be able to get an adapter to adapt the left and right channels into a single mono channel. Something like this:
Of course, that's just an example.
If you need more detailed help, please provide the following:
1) A picture of the connector or cable coming out of your computer.
2) A picture of the input or cable at the speaker side.
NOTE: If you are using a digital connection such as HDMI or DisplayPort, then a cable will not help. In that case you would have to hope that your audio drivers support some way to set the balance all to the left as described above.
Balance adjusts the relative volume of each channel, it does not give a mono mix in one channel when moved all the way to the left. Any sound in the right channel will still not be heard by just adjusting the balance.
On old-type domestic hifi, the balance was typically 2 stacked potentiometers - one log, one anti-log controlled by one knob. Anti-log gave the opposite response to log, so one channel reduced in volume as the other increased.
In Windows 10 you can set the sound to mono, so that should then come out on both I think. This is in ease of access - Audio.

depending on your audio card you won't see that audio option.
These days computer speakers are so cheap why not get a new pair - otherwise using stereo->mono adapter is the best solution.
If using HDMI into a monitor there's usually an audio out socket on the monitor which can connect to external speakers -- connect the adapter there and then run cable to the working speaker -- but I still think for a tiny amount of money a new set of computer speakers is the best idea.
Note also of course if using the monitor to connect the audio then when the monitor is off / switched via a KVM switch to another machine you'll lose the audio -- one would need to see an image of the computer connections on your box.

It could be that I'm using "Skip ahead build 20H1" but I certainly don't see that option anywhere on that version of Windows with the Mobo / audio setup I have.
I'll have a look on a standard Windows version --although I've upgraded to a 1903 19H1 version (May update).

My error !!!! I wouldn't have ever thought of looking for that type of setting under "Ease of access" !!! why can't they put all the audio related stuff under Audio Settings .
I suppose trying to get Ms to be logical would be probably as difficult as getting the Head Ayatollah of Iran to attend Papal Mass and Communion in St.Peters in the Vatican !!
