    Do I need to buy Dolby Atmos ?


    Hi guys

    I have Creative sound blaster z card but I just saw Microsoft Dolby Atmos and I want to ask is it worth it to buy it or it wont add any enhacement to my audio system ?

    Before you buy, try the built in Windows sonic. I believe you can try the Dolby with a free trial

    If your sound system or headset isn't Dolby Atmos, using this won't bring you anything at all. As you need hardware that can use the decoded signal.

    Also, generally when you buy Dolby Atmos compatible stuff, like a gaming headset, you get a licence with a code you can use at the Microsoft store.

    and it also depends on which "Dolby Atmos" product you get.

    There's also Dolby Atmos for Gaming, which is featured on certain recent laptops from Lenovo, Acer, Mitac & Gigabyte Aorus
