    Why would Bluetooth disconnect button be greyed out?


    My Bluetooth headset is not playing music even though Windows claims it's connected (a signal is not even being sent because my BT amp has a tranmit LED which is not lighting). The disconnect button is greyed out. Why would the disconnect button be greyed out?
