No audio from speakers; Failed to play test tone.

I have a Dell Latitude E6520 running Windows 10 Pro x64. When I try to watch YouTube I get no audio. Spotify plays and gives no errors but doesn't have sound. When I plug in headphone sound plays but as communications headphones. When I try to play a test sound through Speakers/Headphones I get an error that says "Failed to play test tone." When I try to troubleshoot it can't identify the problem. I have attached the report from troubleshooting.
    Thanks in advance for helping.

I figured out how to fix this issue. I installed a windows xp audio driver from the dell site. Go to playback devices, under the speaker properties, click the properties button. Hit change settings and go to the drivers tab. Click on update driver. Select browse my computer, then choose let me pick from a list. Choose "High Definition Audio Device" and then restart.
You may or may not have to install the driver try without installing it first, then if that doesn't work install the driver and try again.

    Dell website link needed

Can you please supply the link the link to the Dell website so that I can download the correct Windows XP driver that you're referring to? I'm having trouble finding in.

    Thanks in advance,
    Bill
