Prefer older Realtek sound drivers & am prevented to update driver

Diffy that i found one of the best videos (You Tube (oldguy.com )that has download link to Realtek 64 bit sound driver that is older version than what the current Driver i have installed on Home version win. 10 but doesn't have sound manager anyway. This other driver download install link would handle it if i could just get past windows update driver in device manager denying that move due to it's already got the proper driver or whatever language is....

i've tried repeatedly to replace the driver manually but that dang alert pops up each and every time! And if i uninstall the high def. device under sounds in device mgr. and then swiftly going to the folder where the Realtek driver i want to install, it said error and that this file can't or it cannot be done and then on reboot, of course, driver's auto-loaded again.

Any ideas as to how i can just get the driver installed over or to replace current one?

This portable program Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.1.1 can uninstall audio drivers too leaving you free to install any other drivers.
Please visit Sound Audio - Windows 10 Forums for even more details about sound system drivers.

Thanks for the suggestion, it looks like that is for AMD and Nivida drivers.
I have the drivers i believe that will work sitting on the directory if i could get them to install is the other thing. At each time I've tried it continues with that blasted message of windows determined that already the correct drivers are installed and when i uninstalled the drivers and swiftly moved to install the files i found online at a you tube video where a guy's posted the whole details, etc...but for some reason i can't get them to go because it's in a CAB file and device manager is how i tried to install the goddamn things i am so sick of this i would have never purchased this _________ and windows 10 is just another negative. I had windows 7 and sound was great for Pro Media 2.1 Klipsch speakers and now this thing and this thing is has just been 1 trying weekend to just get some frekn' sound and i''m really ..... disgusted! I got to get off here.

Have to make sure what device you are trying to install drivers for. AMD and Nvidia you are mentioning are most probably for digital sound thru GPU, analog sound from back or front of the case/MB are for sound chip on the MB which are quite different.
