One other thing that I forgot to mention is your EQ. Make sure the bass, if you have an option, is not set to off.
Here is mine from Sonic Studio that is an enhancement to Realtek that was provided by ASUS (My motherboard vendor).

On a 2.1 system the bass is a function of the speakers. You only have one audio feed to the speakers and the speaker system, internally, amplifies all the frequencies. If the 2.1 doesn't work properly in the Laptop or this desktop its a problem with the speaker system and not the PC's.
Ok that is not surprising, I just hauled them out for a quick test, they are pretty old.

Put your subwoofer jack into rear pair output and vice versa. Test all sounds. Then you will know where the issue lays.

    I have fixed this issue.

I turned the Format to 24Bits, 48000 Hz to combat a audio glitch in Anthem
When I turned it back up to 24Bits, 192000 Hz everything started working again.

    Thank you for the help.

No, Paradoxnz (but at least you found the problem & fixed it)

your ASUS board does not support Sonic Studio as that will not work with the X99-E WS board.

Here are the audio specs of X99-E WS from ASUS

    • AudioRealtek® ALC1150 8-Channel High Definition Audio CODEC featuring Crystal Sound 2
      - Supports : Jack-detection, Multi-streaming, Front Panel Jack-retasking, Front Panel MIC Jack-retasking
      - High quality 109 dB SNR stereo playback output (Line-out at rear) and 104 dB SNR stereo playback input (Line-in)
      - High-fidelity audio OP AMP(s)
      Audio Feature :
      - DTS Ultra PC II
      - DTS Connect
      - Optical S/PDIF out port(s) at back panel
      - BD Audio Layer Content Protection
      - Audio Shielding: Ensures precision analog/digital separation and greatly reduced multi-lateral interference
      - Dedicated audio PCB layers: Separate layers for left and right channels to guard the quality of the sensitive audio signals
      - Audio amplifier: Provides the highest-quality sound for headphone and speakers
      Premium Japanese-made 12K hours capacitors
      - Absolute Pitch 192khz/24bit true BD lossless sound
Separate layer for left and right track, ensuring both sound deliver equal quality
the board that fireberd is using is different because his specific model has sonic studio support which should be noted in the board's specs on the asus web site

    I see thank you
I only wanted it as another way to possibly fix this issue but its unnecessary now.
