    How to Enable Sound When Laptop is Unplugged


    Is there any way to enable a sound warning when a laptop has been unplugged and is running off the battery. My charger slips out often and I'd like to have an audible alert when this happens.

    Hi, difficult to find. Apparently there's no event id generated, and (probably) no way to launch a scheduled task based on that.

    Download LAlarm - Free Laptop Alarm 5.7 B

    - the theft alarm is based on the disconnection of power, so that's what you'd want.

    Not tried personally, so have a go...
