ASUS ROG Microphone recording sound after closing processes/restart.

I have been having an issue with my Discord. No one can hear me, even though my volume is all the way up. I tried fixing this by going and changing around some of the settings in discord. And also by going to sound in the control panel. When I closed everything, I noticed that I was still hearing the microphone, recording my audio. (As I am typing this, I can hear the clicks replaying on my computer, along with some feedback. Also, it is replaying the audio coming back from my TV). I tried restarting my computer, and noticed that after all that, I could still hear the echo. I then turned off my computer completely, and turned it back on, to no avail. I have gone through my Task Manager, to try to find out what process is responsible. I have completely closed Firefox and Google Chrome so its not my browser. My settings folder is not open. My discord is closed and not running in my task manager. There is some background process somewhere that is responsible. And I would like to get this fixed. I don't want to hear this annoying echo anymore. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? Hopefully this is clear enough.

    Reinstalled driver

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio driver. But it did not help. I am still hearing an echo. So I don't believe that it is driver related.

If you have already ruled out the driver issue, how about change another new microphone?
