    Msi x470 gaming pro carbon - audio jacks not working


    Msi x470 gaming pro carbon - audio jacks not working I updated drivers, uninstalled them, troubleshooter is of no use.
    sound options says nothing is plugged in,
    yet the side popup asks if I want to switch...

    and Realtek manager shows blank

    Sounds like your Realtek drivers are not installed properly, You could use DDU Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download to clean up old drivers and install new ones. I'd suggest you use drivers from MSI site for your MB and than you can update them from Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version - Windows 10 Forums
