    Needs help troubleshooing Webcam/Sound issues


    Brand new System
    MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon, Win 10 64 bit, AMD RYZEN 7 2700 8-Core 3.2 GHz, 32 GB ram , NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080TI

    when i slapped everything together and formatted it mic worked fine, sound worked fine
    webcams all worked fine

    Now 2 days later none of these work.... any ideas?

    so far tried uninstalling reinstalingand updaying drivers and soft...
    trued moving to different usbports

    trouble shoot option for webcam said it was plugged in a usb3.0 i confirmed it was in the usb 2.0 and it keeps saying it's in the usb 3.o

    Maybe Windows 10 installing device driver without you knowing visit devices manufacturers website to download latest versions of the drivers.

    I've visited Nvidia and Realtek and downloaded the current drivers
    it seems like half my USB 3.0 ports are dead as well as the mick and headphone plugs on the motherboard...
    I went to MSI downloaded all their current drivers and even reflashed the bios.... nothing

    Install latest version of chipset driver.

    i did.. i saw that in the windows setting i had accidentaly diaabled a few devicec mic/webcam...

    i am so stupid sometimes
