B450 Pro4, cannot install realtek audio console. Error 0x803FB005

Previously had HDA driver 8403_FF00 from motherboard page.
Uninstalled it from Start > Settings > Apps and restarted pc.
Went to Download · alanfox2000/realtek-universal-audio-driver Wiki · GitHub and downloaded the generic uad driver.
Searched by hwid HDAUDIOFUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_18496893&REV_1003 but could not find, looking by HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_18496893 code found entries in two folders called Codec_8614, CodecExtoem_RTK_8614.
Manually pointed to one of those folders via device manager and it installed what seems to be the uad driver, after installation manually restarted the computer.
The realtek audio console did not install itself automatically, trying to install it via microsoft store manually results in pop up "cannot install now, we'll retry shortly'', error code: 0x803FB005

Is my hardware not supported or there is something that I have not done yet? This is screenshot from my device manager Imgur: The magic of the Internet.

I may be a few months late in responding to this but it seems you forgot to install the "extension" INF file after installing the main or base INF file like HDXRT.inf in the Sound Video and game controllers section of Device Manager [in your case, hwid "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_18496893" is listed in the HDXAsrok.INF file]

you must use either DriverStore Explorer (rapr.exe) or pnputil.exe to install the extension INF file like "HDX_GenericExt_RTK.inf" [in your case "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0892&SUBSYS_18496893" is listed in the "HDX_AsrockExt_RTK.inf" file]. Device Manager cannot handle or process "extension" INF files as noted on this Microsoft page:
Working with Extension INFs in the Windows Hardware Dashboard - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs

Publishing Extension INFs to Windows update requires you to select automatic driver promotion checkboxes on your shipping label. The reason Extension INFs cannot be published as optional is because they are not listed in Device Manager for an end user to initiate an “Update Driver” action.
Run Driverstore Explorer, locate the extension INF file (HDX_AsrockExt_RTK.inf) found in the CodecExtOem_RTK_8614 folder of the realtek uad driver package, click the "Install driver" checkbox and click the Add driver button. this extension INF will register the rest of the Realtek software components, which you will need to use Device Manager to point to the following INF files: RealtekAPO.inf in RealtekAPO_666 folder to install "Realtek Audio Effects Component", RealtekHSA.inf in RealtekHSA_165 folder to install "Realtek Hardware Support Application" (which allows installing Realtek Audio Console UWP app from the MS store) and finally RealtekService.inf from the RealtekService_145 folder to install the "Realtek Audio Universal Service" software component.

(and this is why I HATE installing Realtek UAD drivers thru Device Manager because they do not install them completely; the UAD driver has a vastly different structure than traditional HDA drivers and UAD drivers have been divided into "software" components and must be installed/updated individually - HDA drivers are easy to install using either the bundled setup program or device manager; UAD drivers not so easy to install thru device manager)

here's the final result of the Realtek UAD driver installed 100% completely - I have the Software Components section listed in Device Manager mentioning all the Realtek software components.

I prefer installing UAD drivers only thru the bundled Realtek driver setup program because it not only install the main driver files but also the audio driver software components - all in one shot. Doing this thru Device Manager take a lot of hard work (aka hard labor)
