I ran this script and it gives the appropriate info. (or from the Notepad's file i saved to Desktop) and if it shows FF00 with no integration, does that mean that that's what I need to go and get to download, install (the FF00) or the rest of the info. that is before that in order to obtain the correct non-UAD drivers or do i have this completely incorrect?

Just download and install the latest HDA FF00 driver.
The rest is just info of your audio device and current driver!

The latest FF00 HDA driver is Release Realtek High Definition Audio 6.0.8750.1 WHQL . alanfox2000/realtek-hda-release . GitHub

From the link above, download the 264MB 8750_FF00_PG473_Win10_RS4_WHQL.zip file and install it.

You know, I know GitHub is more advanced and it's not like asking common questions here (Win. 10 Forums) and hate to go on about this RTek, but anyway, in following the fast link (Thanks by the way) it appears to be more to it than simple download. A box opens up in the top left corner to "jump.." etc... and i chose selected the very first (Generic) link or copied it to attempt download and the listed computers i believe, started with Ace...etc...Dell...and anyway, the Generic one seemed to be fitting for the non-mentioned computers(?) such as Lenovo. Anyway, i appreciate your help and specialty and sorry to impose (either way). I just wasn't sure what i was even trying to do and probably would be better first to know that...

Hi, i have a very old pc with Realtek HD Audio Driver 6.0.8757.1 WHQL FF00 installed, the script RealtekAudioDriverIntegration.ps1 report this:
    ''Device HWID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0888&SUBSYS_103C2A6F&REV_1001
    Audio CODEC: ALC0888

    Realtek Driver Version:
HDA Driver Integration: FF00 - no integration (Generic)''

So, i can install only the old HD audio driver or i can install UAD with the Realtek audio manager from Microsoft store?

Thanks for your patience and for my poor english...

that realtek audio device on the HP computer works better with traditional HDA drivers (either FF00, FF01 or FF04 for HP brand PCs) rather than UAD drivers since many UAD drivers don't have that specfic ID listed.

although you could try using unofficial generic UAD drivers from this guy [use at your own risk though].
