    realtek audio stop working


    hi, i have a gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 motherboard with all drivers up to date and also windows 10 64 bit version 1809, when i work on my network or even disconnect my network than audio dies, no more audio i need to go to the services.msc to restart audio,also from time to time the audio dies by it self then there is no audio in any of my games or youtube or what ever i do, i need to restart audio again, and i have installed windows new
    my latest bios is F21 for the motherboard,i am also using dolby atmos with a lg sj9 soundbar,if any one can help than please let me know

    How are you connecting to the sj9? Via S/PDIF? Analog? HDMI? USB?

    It makes a difference how you are connecting.

    its connected via hdmi 4k cable 60 hz and its direct on my nvdia gtx 1080ti in sli mode

    If you are using HDMI then the Realtek is not being used. HDMI audio is generated by the GTX1080ti video card.
    The problem is in the video card. First thought, make sure you have the latest driver.

    FWIW and probably not applicable - but, I've used ATI and NVIDIA cards on my recording studio desktop. I never had a recording problem that was caused by the ATI Radeon video but I did with NVIDIA. I'm field testing a new gaming laptop for a computer company and it has both Intel CPU video and NVIDIA. It has audio dropouts with the NVIDIA video but if its disabled and I use the Intel video it works without any problems in recording. This is verified by running the free Resplendence Latency Mon which tests for audio suitability.

    i found a tool called keepsound and now it works it will not sleep any more the audio
